We’re proud to present you the Unique Types Project, an unprecedented initiative that brings together designers, agencies and media vehicles around a noble cause: celebrating the differences and fighting prejudice.

Unique Types is a special collection of fonts inspired by children suffering from physical disabilities. Each font is created under the Creative Common license and is free of copyright and limitations on use.

The project consists of three main phases: first, collecting typefaces made by creative minds around the world; second, making these typefaces available to agencies; third, converting part of the media investments of each ad created usingUnT into donations to AACD – Brazilian Disabled Children’s Association.

Since we’re at the first phase, we’re inviting folks around the world to collaborate and improve our font collection. This is where you come in: one single typeface can help hundreds of children. Or you can help us spread the project.
