Numbers: A Silent Auction to Benefit the TDC Scholarship Fund

Numbers are mighty powerful. But they can also make our eyes can glaze over–especially when the numbers are in the billions and trillions. To liven things up, the TDC has invited a group of ultra-talented designers (James Victore, Strange Attractors, Deb Bishop, Matteo Bologna, and Roberto de Vicq de Cumptich to name a few) to create a series of posters with numbers as their central theme.

Each of them will be auctioned off on 11 June 2009 (6 pm), with proceeds to benefit the TDC Scholarship fund. That’s right! You can own a little piece of design history, and support design education in the bargain. The posters will be on view at the Club from 21 May to 11 June, 2009.
