Membership FAQ

As of June 28th, 2022, TDC memberships are being processed by The One Club for Creativity. That means you’ll still get all of your great TDC membership benefits with added functionality, events, and opportunities made possible by this partnership.



Is this a dual membership?

No, TDC and One Club memberships are still separate. You will have access to some shared benefits, but you are still considered a TDC member with exclusive access to TDC benefits and content.

I want to be a TDC member, not a One Club member. How do I sign up?

You can sign up for TDC membership here. Our memberships are hosted by The One Club, so you’ll see their branding on the checkout pages and on some of your confirmation emails. But you will see “TDC” in front of the membership levels to signify that you are purchasing a TDC membership.

I am an existing TDC member. When will I need to create an account at TOCC?

We have created an account for you using your email address and a password reset link, sent to you via email on 7/6/22. If you lost this email, you can email membership@oneclub.org and we can reset your password.

I never set up my membership account. Did I lose my benefits?

We automatically set up your account, so you should not have experienced any lapse of benefits. You’ll receive an email notification letting you know you are close to your renewal date with instructions on how to renew.

I was set up for auto-renewal before. Am I still set up to auto-renew?

No, any recurring billing setups will need to be re-established. If you’d like to re-enroll in auto renewal, please log in to your membership account at oneclub.org/login and navigate to My Account > One Club Membership > Set Up Auto Renewal.

Did my benefits change at all?

You didn’t lose access to any of your great TDC benefits. This partnership does give you access to some additional benefits as well, such as:

  • Reciprocal benefits at more than 800 museums in the U.S. and Canada
  • Profile and listing on the One Club membership page
  • Discounted entry to One Club events
  • And more!
When will I get my new membership card?

You should have received a new membership card within 24 hours of your account setup. If you are a new member, it will be sent within 24 hours of joining. These membership cards come from The One Club for Creativity with the subject line “Your Digital Membership Card.” It will have a button where you can download the card onto your iPhone or Android device.

Why is my membership card coming from The One Club?

Because several of our systems are now leveraging One Club systems, some communications will be branded as The One Club. However, you will see the TDC logo below your name on the right hand side of the card.
