TDC is pleased to present the 2022 Edition of Type Drives Culture, our global conference that explores ways in which people use typography to form and transform creative communities, and conversations around contemporary type and design.

This year, in commemoration of our 75th anniversary, our theme is Type: The Next 75 Years. This will be a celebration and moment of reflection: How do we envisage the next 75 years of design, and move our industry into a new future? How might we shift our perceptions to design the future we desire?

Join us virtually on Friday, March 4 and Saturday, March 5, 2022 for two half-days of illuminating talks, presentations, and group discussion spanning design disciplines and creative communities. In addition to visualizing our future, the conference will highlight how typography is used to pursue a common purpose, establish intergenerational connections, and spark and sustain change. How do these stories inspire us in navigating our world, our profession and make what we do relevant to all?
