Aksen reimagines the classic with a modern, humanist sensibility. Its warm, pragmatic tone feels both bouncy and refined, making it expressive for in-use design like airline ephemera.
Released by Tokotype in 2023 and designed by Gumpita Rahayu, Aksen is a humanist sans-serif typeface inspired by Roger Excoffon's Antique Olive, once famously used by Air France.
