“Barco de Papel” ("Paper Boat" in English) is the last Spanish-speaking bookstore in New York City. Located in Queens for the past two decades, it has been a hub for Latin American culture. The brand identity relies on a typographic gesture, where the stems of a custom variable typeface reflect the movement of sailing boats and the spines of books as they fall on each other on a bookshelf.
