Both partners at Caserne design studio, Léo Allaire and Sébastien Paradis, respectively hold the positions of Creative Director and Lead Designer. Their role primarily involves guiding design teams and clients through identity-focused design exercises. They have actively contributed to the definition and promotion of brands both locally and internationally, such as the Canadian Council for Refugees, the Montreal Museum of Contemporary Art, 2K Games, Moment Factory, UNESCO, and many others.
Their work has been recognized with over a hundred awards in the past 10 years, in various national and international competitions, including the Art Directors Club, Type Directors Club, Communication Arts, Applied Arts, Grafika, and Idéa.
In 2022, they co-authored with their partner Ugo Varin-Lachapelle the first edition of Forum. The initiative aims to be an annual event dedicated to the practice of graphic design. Numerous internationally renowned guests, including Mirko Borsche, Léo Porto, Felipe Rocha, Megan Bowker, Vincent Vrints & Naomi Kolsteren, and Études Studio, among others, joined the panel of speakers.
