Park Solo invites viewers on an imaginative journey, rethinking playground structures to explore human relationships through play. The visual concept juxtaposes sandy kraft textures for a nostalgic childhood feel with bold metallic silver accents, embodying Sham's signature style of incorporating metal for impactful installations. The playful letters "P" designs uniquely represent each artwork, encouraging reflection on the role of play in adult relationships. The scratchable postcard design evokes childhood memories and aligns with the artist's message of learning through play. Held in a grade 2 historic monument, the exhibition transforms the space into a massive light box playground, offering a unique experience for all ages to engage with art and rediscover the joy of play.
