Description
If there were no potatoes in the world, would people still care about them? By tracing the history of potatoes, we explore their relationship with humans. I found that humans often regard potatoes merely as a kind of food, but they don't realize that potatoes have been subtly driving the progress of history. As the potatoes are peeled layer by layer, their secrets are gradually revealed. By discovering the unique skin texture of potato skin and applying it to book and text design, and by analyzing potatoes across various fields from a multi-dimensional, multi-angle, and all-round research perspective, the aim is to encourage people to discover more uses and applications. This book is divided into two parts: the first part describes the relationship, and the second part redefines it. I hope, in the era of high-speed, overloaded information, we can re-examine the present and ourselves.
