Hand painted protest signs against the German neo-fascist party »AfD«
In January 2024, journalists revealed that the German neo-fascist party, the AfD, had planned to deport up to 20 million people for not being “German enough.” In protest, hundreds of thousands took to the streets. I was one of them, voicing my anger with a series of hand-painted signs. My signs resonated with many and were widely shared on Instagram. As others began copying my designs and style—white letters on a black with the contour cut out—I unexpectedly became a protest sign influencer.
