Rapida Hebrew + Arabic
Description
Rapida is a serif typeface family designed for continuous text, combining traditional influences with distinctive, abrupt details. While adapting the Latin design essence, the Hebrew and Arabic scripts couldn't replicate the Latin's structured serifs. Instead, design solutions emerged through sharp interruptions and a fusion of geometric and calligraphic elements. Inspired by the dynamic nature of the Latin Italic style, I developed an energetic Hebrew cursive style using "Ktiv" forms, the Hebrew system for fast writing. This expansion of the Latin script into Hebrew and Arabic results in a unique trilingual type family.
