Description
A handwritten Arabic typeface drawn with a technical pen, capturing the natural imperfections of handwriting. It began as a project aimed at blurring the line between analog and digital, where the challenge was to use advanced programming techniques to preserve the organic nuances of hand-drawn letterforms. The design process involved translating the tactile qualities of a technical pen’s strokes—such as pressure variations and slight irregularities—into a functional digital format. This fusion of traditional craftsmanship with modern digital tools allowed the typeface to retain the warm, imperfect characteristics of handwriting while ensuring that the font could be used seamlessly in various digital contexts. Complementary playful doodles and scribbles are integrated into the design, accessible through special ligatures. The typeface balances legibility with personality, evoking a warm, friendly feel in every application.
