CONCEPT:
The poster is part of a series for Fiction Tuesdays, a movie screening event at the Czech Centre in Bucharest. The idea behind the series was to create outrageous, unthinkable contrasts, between the name of the series and the name of the movies, by juxtaposing highly distinctive fonts. A key matter in the process was finding ways in which enlarged forms create more than just aesthetic pleasure. Not only did this process offer a distinctive personality and boldness to the posters, but it also became an effective visual communication tool for promoting art movies with a contemporary, fresh look.
