CONCEPT:
Gesto is a type family that explores the expressiveness of a specific tool, the brush, while questioning the classic constructions of Uppercase and Lowercase. Designed to work at huge sizes, thin entry and exit strokes combined with a low contrast characterize the typeface by creating a sharp and dark texture with strong dynamism. Taking inspiration from the Italian legacy, Gesto winks at a more contemporary aesthetic.
